If Mumbai is Maximum City, Bengaluru is Garden City, an uru with kinder, gentler feel. Perhaps it’s the weather. Or the lakes. Both of which are getting worse, but we aren’t letting the city slide without a fight, for Bengaluru is a city with a strong civic sense. Socratus is one of the founding members of the Flourishing Bengaluru Collective, along with the Initiative for Climate Action and many individuals.
